Quotes

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to availability and to the lot passing its bench check. Prices exclude GST and duties unless stated.

Lawful use

Materials are supplied for lawful laboratory, industrial and research use only. The buyer is responsible for safe handling, storage and use in line with the safety data sheet and applicable law. We may require verification, an end-user declaration, licence or permit before supply, and may decline any order.

Specification and documents

Material is supplied to the specification stated on the accepted quote. Each lot is supplied with its SDS, supplier COA and our bench result.

Delivery and risk

Delivery terms (for example EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP) are as stated on the quote. Dangerous goods are packed and transported to their classification.

Claims

Notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery if material does not match its specification. We will investigate using retained samples and, where the claim is upheld, replace the material or refund the price.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
